Digital roundtable · Wednesday 21 October

The room where corporate learning gets talked about honestly.

An hour, digital, curated. The people who build, buy and sell corporate learning, comparing the same shift from different sides - no keynotes, no pitch decks, just the conversation that’s actually useful.

On the table
Brady Pyle

Leadership, with Brady Pyle.

Brady Pyle spent 31 years at NASA, most recently as Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer - the #2 HR role in the organisation - before becoming Chief HR & Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston. He’s the author of Building Culture the NASA Way and Out of This World Leadership.

At NASA he led a transition that broke with 60 years of precedent: moving HR from a fully decentralised model - every centre managing its own - to one centralised function, freeing up budget for missions by cutting the cost of running HR itself. That’s the conversation: what it actually takes to lead people through a change that big, when the old way has worked for six decades.
